- Sponsor and Fund Manager shall jointly submit application in accordance with Schedule “B” of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Alternative Investment) Rules, 2015 [Updated up to 2021] with application fee and other required documents.
- After approval of the draft Trust Deed and draft Investment Management Agreement (IMA), the Trust Deed shall be duly registered. Thereafter, copies of the registered Trust Deed and the final IMA, along with the prescribed registration fee and the bank statement evidencing the contributions of the Fund Manager and Sponsor, shall be submitted to the Commission.
- If satisfied, the Commission shall issue a Registration Certificate in favor of the Fund in the prescribed form as set out in Schedule–F of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (Alternative Investment) Rules, 2015 [Updated up to 2021].
